activation key OEM Windows XP Professional or Tablet PC – Toshiba?

I'm fighting with my desktop PC. I used a professor of Windows OEM licenses and Germany, after an accident that I rebuild from scratch with a Windows license United States, I took my Toshiba Tecra. The office has a plate Notebook mother and seems Windwos works already. But I need a licensed version of Windows. Where can I get one? I want to buy legally, but at the end of week and time limits (I am based in Germany, so it takes a few days until they receive media!) I would find a way to shop online and "down" the registration or activation key only. Does someone knows how to do Thanks? Alexander
