How do I get rid of persistent new hardware "found"?

I'm running Windows XP Professional on my computer since I installed the latest driver for my old Wacom tablet is connected via the serial port, I get this message every time you start your computer. The driver is original, downloaded from the Wacom website. Reinstalling the driver does not. The driver and the compression work optimally it's just annoying at the beginning of each warning and click the wizard that starts automatically.
