Wacom Tablet is not loaded on a computer?

I have a Wacom Graphire 4 tablet or ETC-440 model and I try to download on my laptop to Windows Vista is an entry model of NO-GIG, but each time I try I just get a "Platform Unsupported load is a way you can solve this problem?
