Bamboo Pen Tablet pressure?

I have a Wacom Bamboo, and for some reason, Flash and Photoshop, did not pressure Pen to all, even when I'm away from the dynamic form and put the brush like a pen pressure, does that line up to but not artistic and awkward, so how can I change my shelf so I can make the size of jitter is the answer to my shelf?

Assuming you are in Windows, select Control Panel and search for properties Pen Tablet. You should find a sensitivity sitting there.
