Connecting a graphics tablet for a team at random?

I have a 4×6 pen tablet Wacom Intuos. I had a CD come with me, I installed to change your configuration and so on, but it's just for the parameters. To use it, all you have to do is plug into an outlet or USB port on my Mac and voila. It works. If I plug another computer (like a school team) are you working yet? I know I will not let me change the settings of the tablet (duh), but Home and when I reconnect to my computer, it will hurt anything? Or change something? ((The school computer is PC and Mac that I use.))

Will it work if you connect, however, there no disc needed.
