My mac says ‘a supported wacom intuos4 tablet was not found on the system’ whats wrong with it?
It actually says “a supported tablet was not found on the system”
I own a MAC OS X 10.6.8 intel
I just updated the software and just downloaded the updated Drive to the wacom intuos4 tablet on the Wacom website -> http://www.wacom.com/CustomerCare/Drivers.aspx?model=Intuos4&os=Mac+OS+X
I restarted my computer and waited a whole day but my Tablet still wont turn on and I keep getting “a supported tablet was not found on the system” message. I have not tried a new port/usp cord. Is there anything else I can do to fix this?
the usb cord is not the correct one
