Wacom Tablet PC in hand luggage? computer parts?

Hello guys! im going on in the United States, I would make my Wacom tablet with me is over 4 years and shows signs of use, requires no batteries and it's not like I can use edge. I do not know if I can take with me on board must go in my hand luggage? or in my luggage? What is the best to have fewer problems with customs and safeguards? I would say that baggage to carry and I mention the security guard, but I do not know. Where is the problem with computer parts in airplanes? any information is welcome, thank you! uh, this issue is the USB cable connected to it, I can not remove.

I would put in their hand luggage, the less risk of damage and less likely to be stolen or lost. All I know for certainty that the security staff (in the U.S. anyway), I must remove it and put in separate containers in the Security have own laptop machines and CPAP (for sleep apnea). They do not seem too worried by the parties – at least not the shippers and the various bits and pieces. However – put tools (pliers, screwdrivers, utility knives or anything else that is underlined) in your checked baggage. I also put all lengths of cable, extension cords or wire of any kind in checked baggage as well – can be used as a club. I never was bare or portable players myself, so I can not comment. Do not see that this is a problem in hand luggage, and do not want lost or stolen luggage. Personally, I would take the tablet of your box or in your hand luggage and placed in a container to pass through the X-ray machine I would like to leave another team in the bag as it passes through the X-ray machine, they decided in May to look further if you have a large quantity of material, and X-ray image is unclear about what it is. Good luck.
