Can you use a tablet for drawing Chinese calligraphy digital? as openCanvas?

I do not want to buy Wacom tablets are fucking up! Ive 2 tablet Chinese writing that both are PenPower. They both worked in win.98/me/XP think that works either on Windows Vista Premium? thank you for reading and responding

Check the availability of your patch for Vista driver installation or to test Vista when making level of XP to see or can not, but I remember a backup all important data first or use a hard disk is not used to make test.
