I think I lost my stylus for my Tab, Wacom can not replace it?
The warranty is still valid (only bought December 7 08) I lost the receipt but I'm pretty sure that my product registered in Wacom too. It is also a Wacom Bamboo pen. So you think Wacom can send me a new pen, without using a receipt and instead of a serial number verification, because I still have the box its creation. Also do you think a simple call to Best Buy (where I bought it) and a confirmation that is sold would help too? If Please help an artist without the tools out! Thank you!
