What graphics tablet should I buy? I'm pretty sure that you want a Wacom Intuos3, simply can not decide .. How Big?

I've been looking Wacom tablets in a while and now I am ready to order 1, but I can not decide the size I want. Intuos3 I watched the 4×6 because it is a very reasonable price, my boyfriend wants me 1 as the larger 9×12. I'd like to hear someone who has experience w / you and have an opinion 1 way or another. I'm kind Leary to get the 9×12, because the size is 17.3 x 13.4, which seems a little big for me, I think it would be difficult to keep on your lap or not. I am also curious whether the software that came w / shelves Wacom are full versions (such as Corel Painter Essentials 4.0) or if you need to upgrade soon how to buy the pill in order to effectively use the comprehensive program. Also, if anyone knows the best software to use w / the pill I'm all ears.

I would definitely recommend getting the 6×8, in fact. You will see that it is the most popular size because it is convenient to maintain and transport, but is also a great size for drawing. The smallest 4×6 is difficult to establish, you must use the keys very small and although it is good for the very detailed work, it is difficult to something else. The larger they are difficult to bear, and you need a firm hand to maintain the smooth lines in space as a design major. It is well if you do a kind of painting style, when the outlines of Wacom works fine, but if you are drawing is a little difficult. So yes, certainly A4 6×8 or 6×11 if you using a widescreen.
