A customer rents generally you as a consultant in order to achieve a stated goal, and its main function is to advice on how to achieve this goal. Although more of a tendency to hire a consultant simply to inform, sometimes you may want to make a project planned for you.
There are three different roles they can play as an IT consultant: the role of council orientation and the role of action and the role of action. Determine which one to play will depend on the style of the client, how to work together and the nature of the project.

Sometimes the customer has a project planned and evaluated, and who simply need a consultant to complete. If you have the skills necessary to conduct work, it can be an easy task because it has already established guidelines for you.
Despite the role that is taken as a consultant, you are responsible for completion of work assigned by their customers in a way that best meets your needs. His role will probably change that, according to the project, and you should be measured by the method that is best for his client.

What advanced network services and why is that so much of my system resources?
Windows Vista: From time to time in my Administrator tasks showed advanced network services (hnm_svc.exe) and usually takes about half of my CPU usage. This allows usually significantly reduce the performance of other applications (especially those involving the treatment of complex graphics, including games). So I always check the CPU usage and if it goes too high that I need to check if the application is launched, and if I do then terminate the program manually on each task manager or not I play a 3D game without low FPS or drawing with Wacom Tablet, blows without breaking. Sometimes, interruption is so obstrusive that even if you just type, the team enters the hypo and start to lose half of letters I type in What is this? What is good for this application? And then I get rid of it or fix it without ruining my system? Thank you!
You can try to disable http://www.processlibrary.com/directory/files/hnm_svc/ Services. If you do not know how to access them: 1. Go to Run (Windows key + R) 2. Type "services.msc" without quotes. 3. Press ENTER. Seth Startup Type to "manual". This is permitted only if the service startup It must explicitly. See if something is acting funny after that.
