If my Wacom tablet connects to the USB port on my computer at startup, Windows will not load. I have an HP laptop.Help?

The model of my laptop is an HP dv8000t. Only recently reinstall Windows and all drivers support following a hard disk crash, so I presume that May be part of the question. I downloaded the latest drivers from the website Wacom Intuos3 Tablet MI. So basically what happens is that if my tablet is connected to the USB port while I'm running or start the computer, the screen will not resume. When you disconnect the USB tablet, the screen below, HP and windows loaded properly. I wish I could turn my computer without having to constantly disconnect and reconnect the shelf, because the religious use. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Run it, plug the USB drive and see the resources that are allocations – the memory address, etc. set then the task is not modifiable.
