good paint program for the Tablet PC?

I just received an HP TouchSmart computer tx2z (touch screen, tablet PC). I like to call, but Can not find a good program free / cheap …. Have a suggestion?

Check ArtRage. Works with Tablet PC and the standard version is free. You can obtain the complete edition for $ 25. I took art classes online and some of my colleagues have published wonderful work they made with ArtRage. The Starter Edition does not have all the tools, but I'll give you an idea of what you can do. An arts program will give you better tools you can find art in a photo editing program. www.artrage.com
