What is the best?

I want a laptop as a laptop. As I want to be able to write on the screen or using the keyboard. Very cheap, I can dig a lot of money. There are no fancy program or similar. Just something simple, easy and inexpensive. I thought a Lenovo ThinkPad X60 Tablet PC, but I think he has too many fancy tricks. What do you think?
