Choosing a graphics tablet?

Hello, I'm looking for a tablet for my pc. I can not afford to spend much more, but I need something that fits my needs. (The control of the mouse works with AutoCAD, good for drawing in PaintShopPro, etc.) do not really need a digital notebook, but I found this (see link below) is a platform for decent size not expensive.
