Bamboo Pen and Touch software is not downloaded?

So for Christmas bamboo pen and touch. The first thing you installing the CD to install the tablet. The tablet works fine, but the tablet comes with another CD with software like Adobe Photoshop. I put this CD and told me that will not install due to a lack MSVCP71.dll ????? I really want to try using the tablet pen this new software, but there is a mistake. I looked for tutorials on www.wacom.com help, but it is a video that is specific to my problem. I'm not tech savvy so if someone could explain how to solve this problem in simple terms. It would be great. Thank you. Apologies in advance if I put it in "bad" section. I'm just trying to get all the help the most.
