My husband bought the Bamboo Fun pen and touch …. comes with: – Adobe Elements 7.0 Photoship – Corel Painter Essentials 4.0 – Nik Color Efex Pro 3.0 is the problem here. our CD does not work at all. if I go to the Wacom site all I can download the drivers are. i can only download software from your site to the Intuos 4. I can download Adobe Photoshop on the site because there is a serial number provided with the tablet for that. but as Nik, and Corel are not serial numbers. What should I do?

Or buy a cheap car or borrow one. When I Intuos Graphire one, then all numbers are a series of stickers on the CD sleeve. Unless they have changed, you must install a number of Painter Essentials. You should contact Wacom. They have good support even though they will probably advise you to get one.
