What is a good tablet PC?

My daughter (third year) is a good artist and I want to develop their interest in learning how to use a computer to draw. The mouse is not enough. I do a nice drawing tablet PC and I spend about $ 50 – $ 150. What (S) should consider?

Personally, I recommend the Wacom Bamboo series. Wacom products are the best in the business. In fact, I have their older models of bamboo in front of me right now. When I entered, there was no return to the mouse. The tablet is more ergonomic and saving time, more accurate and of course much more fun! There are two alternatives to consider: Bamboo Pen ($ 69) Bamboo Pen & Touch ($ 99) Tablets are the same, except the touch interface on the hand (mouse movement and gestures with his fingers) it. Pens are pressure sensitive and very accurate (an accuracy of 0.5 mm or 0.02). Good programs that use pressure sensitivity including Photoshop and Freehand (Both sides). No free alternatives are also good similar capacity as Artweaver and The Gimp.
