Intel GM45 Graphic card? Not a chance, sorry. Your graphics card is integrated. actually not / dedicated to games in general. Minimum required is an nVidia 6600GT, which is at least dedicated card, and therefore better than you … Although even a 6600GT would give a bad performance, even in the charts below, I think. COD4 is a game graphic intense, and the graphics card that makes all the difference.
