Windows CE handheld or tablet?

Does anyone know where I can have a laptop with Windows CE? Im not seek a PDA or a smartphone, but a laptop or tablet real (full size)

Uh, no. Windows CE is not a normal notebook, it was never designed for that and never work in this context. Heck, PDAs, even for years has been replaced by Windows Mobile. Your best bet is to run an emulator of Windows CE in a suitable platform, I searched on Google at all and not any mention of one, but the page on the Microsoft website there is nothing more for what they have to look a little more.
