Should I buy a Wacom tablet?

Previuosly asked which program would be good to draw anime / manga style drawings of digital and someone suggested Manga Studio. This seems a very good program, but it is only for artists expreienced, or perhaps bigginers? I really want to creat digital art, and really have fun with it, but you do not know where to start! A friend suggested get a Wacom tablet, but again, is that most business users? I draw a lot on paper, but never on a team. Sorry for all the questions, I am totally confused: DI do not know what to buy or not buy. Here are some pictures that I'm moving forward: http://samurai-pet.deviantart.com / art/Haruno-77759898 http://mikutashi.deviantart.com/art/SasuNaru-Anbu-68439424 Thank you for any advice:)

So you like Naruto. :) I have a Wacom as well, and I love it. Using a mouse to draw is a tough life, So if you really want to go digital art, a tablet is a great investment. They are expensive, but you can find a pre-used one on eBay or Amazon if you do not want to spend money. The work of young couples as well, and you can find much cheaper. Could be a good idea if you're not sure you want to enter this field. I think the program used is not as important as how you use it. If you're really talented, no matter what you use, it is still going to look good. lol. You probably know, Photoshop is quite common for digital artists, with the painter. The images displayed are done in Photoshop. I begin by checking out some tutorials on drawing anime / Manga and color (you can find a ton on Deviant Art). Should give a fairly good idea of the process, and then you can decide what material you want to invest and go! Good luck. :)
