Laptop Pen Tablet pressure?

I have a Toshiba Portege laptop * Tablet and Adobe Photoshop Elements 6. The pressure sensitivity works in OneNote and other things but I can configure it in Photoshop, it sucks really, because I love drawing. I tried a few different kinds of things and nothing has worked … If you know to help me or I can, thanks to a good tutorial that I am so happy! Please? THX

I am not an artistic type, so I never tried to use the pen in the FP. The only thing that might cause a problem is the level of sensitivity pressure. Most Wacom tablets running around 1056 levels of pressure sensitivity, while a TabletPC has only 256, so maybe there is a value necessary for this? Otherwise, check the TabletPC forums for help.
