The "Tablet PC Input Panel does not open?
No icon appears and when I click it manually from the start menu, nothing happens. I have a new Bamboo pen and touch, so I really want this to work. Oh, Windows Journal and Sticky Notes job does not seem anything when I'm in a place you can type text
uninstall and reinstall to see if it works?
