Windows information files necessary?

Hi. I have a Tablet PC tc4200 Tablet PC team. I have a computer and 60 GB. divided 2 parts. and now the day I realized I had 4.24 GB left on my 1.77GB file C and D in my file. So my file C is where all programs and other materials. So I scanned to see what was happening so much space. So, I combined some i files together when I checked the size. He has a number of 7.67, 6.72, 5.32 and 5.32 to be my Windows folder. So this does not seem right. which also add up to 25 GB [i initially 29.5 GB], but also about 19.71 GB and I have some problems here. Do not join it. So im missing aroudn 5 GB. and, secondly, my Windows file seems a bit much. What should I do?
