Assistance program (like Photoshop)?

ok, I recently had a program called Paint.net …. and looks exactly like Photoshop! which has the same tools and everything …. 2 and he wanted to know that hepatitis A and sees draw with their graphics tablets on YouTube (i got 1 2 ..) and to draw very well! not follow a tutorial or something?
