My Tablet PC screen turns around non-stop?

My screen Tablet PC will run without me even pressing back button. How can I stop it? I have overcome all viruses and spyware, Trojans and malware with any software I think.

Most Tablet PCs have a hardware button that can be used to change the screen orientation. Perhaps the button is sticking, turning in shaping policy?
