Starting with digital painting, gives it a cheap but good USB Pen Tablet?

I was interested in painting digital, but I can not do with a mouse, so I want to buy a USB tablet, similar to a Wacom tablet. The only problem is that they will not pay much by one until you know there is something that I'll really enjoy. Does anyone know of any tablets good quality at an affordable price? Thank you!
