Archos 605 is suitable as a media player?
Hello, I'm wondering if the Archos 605 (only the 4GB model) is good as a media player. I used to run a PC and a touch screen as a sort of juke-box in my living room. My children now have the PC, and I want a Tablet PC or Media Player to somehow replace the PC. Everything that is used for audio output, etc. not for video. I get the 4GB model for £ 60 all inc. I would like to know, can stream music to one of my main PC via wifi? What operating system are run – You have your own or do I Please use XP? Andy
It has its own operating system, but uses Opera Internet. You can share music through a wireless network If you have over drawn, it is not too difficult.
