Kaspersky If the repair of an accident caused by your facility?

I just installed Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 on two computers good laptop (a gateway – a Toshiba tablet), and both crashed. Now I am able to boot in Safe Mode. I uninstalling programs that use the Kaspersky removal tool but I'm still left with two teams now useless. Kaspersky technology is not to offer help. Nobody had this experience and how can we do Kaspersky take responsibility and repair of computers?

You can try using System Restore or two computers using the backup system disk to repair the system. This will my step.
