Is there a way to save programs and files from a damaged laptop HD to another HD, so you can transfer them to new HD?
I do not at a desk, but just transferred files from a virus infected disk drive. It is a month old Dell under 3 warranty. I contacted a digital tablet to draw. When I turned on the computer the next morning to use it, not boot Windows. Dell is sending a new hard drive, but I have a program which can be installed once, and probably buy put in new hard drive.
