Is there a Tablet PC (not a PDA) with keypad and display under 8 inches long?

For the QWERTY keyboard, large enough for 2 hands writing. Necessary for word processing only – does not need a cell phone or internet / e-mail or address book functions. Prefers the keyboard and the screen in 1 piece (ie a laptop). Thank you for any information.
