Can I use my HP Pavilion dv2700 Artist Edition as a Tablet PC?

I recently purchased an HP Pavilion dv2700 Artist Edition there was this configuration of devices and pen input tablet PC in the control panel, I wonder if I could buy a pen, and only then can I use the LCS screen tablet as in most HP Tablet PC instead of buying a tablet ..
