All free shipping program that works with a Wacom tablet?

I tried Inkscape and do not support the tablet. Nor Gimp. Could photoshop CS3 torrent to help but I will not go to jail and it's wrong to steal. Therefore, any vector program freeware?

GIMP is not too bad. I have the Bamboo Fun, and while occasionally freezes, there are ways to avoid it. Basically, it crashes when you click outside the window of GIMP, then on again. You can avoid this by using a mouse or a touchpad for laptops click again on the window before trying to use the pen, or doing other things. If you draw frozen should revolve around the pen and touch in the draft final tablet. It may take a little of that before thawing. Click on the window (still with the gum) and then take the cursor to the edge of the screen without clicking anywhere. In return the stylus on the screen off and on the same side. The program should work now. Even when the cursor is frozen image can still be saved, you lose nothing.
