How can I make an online game?

I want to start making games for people to play on sites like Addicting Games, new reasons ext. but I do not know how. I am also interesting to do my own website for my games, but do not know how. I have a Mac, a tablet Wacom Bamboo with Adobe Photoshop Elements 6.0 and talent. Plzzzzz help:) and tell me what I have to buy or use.
