Need Help with HP Pavilion, Vista problems? (Read details)?

I get an HP Pavilion tablet and comes with Vista Home Premium preinstalled. Should I upgrade to Vista Ultimate, I'm just a student at the school (Gr.11). I also need a list of all external devices work with Vista. What are the disadvantages and advantages of the upgrade to Vista Ultimate. If I use the update package or the full view of the final package to upgrade to Vista Ultimate. Please no stupid answers. Someone with a experience would be useful.

I do not waste your money on Vista Ultimate. Home Premium well for you, you do not need the Ultimate Extras, in especially for high school.
