What is the best laptop for my needs?

I do a lot of digital art and graphic design at my desk and it would So essentially my laptop would be compatible with this. Currently, I have a Wacom tablet and a lot of love. I tried to research on the Tablet PC, but I have heard many mixed reviews. Most said they were not the best for drawing and not have the best treatment, more or less directed by the employer of Scrabble notes while in meetings and other. If this is true, please tell me: P So I think having a notebook would be Nice. I would like to take me, but could be sufficient for the heaviest use if you are difference.
