Wacom tablet problem, please help!?

I recently bought a Wacom Graphire4 (4×5) pen tablet Amazon.com. This tablet is intended to be a Christmas present, and has a serious problem – the pen is still drawing / selecting all the time, even when I have them all because of the tablet. It's as if I have the button on the left button of the mouse button down, all the time. I have my own shelf mark exactly the same (color and all), and tried to use my pen again, and it worked well. I think it's a problem of the pen, but I have no idea how to fix it. I tried downloading new drivers, changing the pen feel the configuration of the tablet and restart my computer. It's very, very important that I have solved this problem by Christmas! Someone please help me? I am truly grateful. Jenna PS I contacted Wacom support by e-mail, but I want to know if anyone has any idea what be done? I know you can not afford a new pen … : (

If the pen is faulty then replace the drivers will not help. If you tried a similar pen on the tablet and it works, have tried the pen on the tablet other defective? Does it give you the same problems, if this proves correct and that the device is defective. There is no magic solution to this, only replacement. As recently purchased as a Christmas present, then back under warranty, you can say you've tried the alternatives and pens pencil this extra dose to show that it is defective. If you act Now, you should get a new one in time for Christmas.
