Where can I find a Tablet PC that has an Intel Core 2 Duo or Core 2 Extreme?

I need the processor must be at least 2.5 GHz and a Tablet should be fully functional. I also have at least 256 MB of graphics memory, but, ideally, 512 MB of graphics memory. Oh, thank you also I need to play Blu-Ray. To help you Jay S, I still think has not been possible install mobile processors. Is it?
