Is this a good exercise program?

I found this online, speak your mind, please feel to add your own changes or recommendations. Here is the following: Use a solar belt every day for 6 months. Put it in the morning, remove at bedtime. Drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. Eat small meals more frequently (5-6 times a day). Do not eat after 9:00 pm. Yes, chicken, fish, meat, vegetables and fruits. No rice, potatoes, pasta and bread. Each morning, drink 1 Total Nutrition System (for Dramatize) Shake. Follow instructions. (or a protein shake in general) as a filler in protein drink 1 Total Nutrition System milkshake made with low fat soy. Take pills burning fat for 5 months. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. (?) Go to the gym and weight training 5 times a week. Restaurants 1 large tomato, each days one day off each weekend. Eat what you want.

That's basically what I do and I lost 20 pounds to present. It's crazy strict, but it still works and you do not feel like you'll go crazy. I eat potatoes and rice in moderation. I do not just any protein shakes or whatever. I lift 3-5 times a week and do cardio 5-6 days a week. I do not know about the tomato supply.
