Need help with my Samsung Q1 Ultra Tablet!?

I recently bought two Samsung Q1 Ultra tablet and both tell me that no operating system found on startup. So I thought if I bought an external CD / DVD that could use the Windows Recovery Disk to fix the problem and I bought it and changed the boot order so that External CD / DVD drive would be 1 in the list and put one of my Samsung Q1, but the other still gives me the system "OS not found". I changed the boot order so that the external CD / DVD was one of the list and does not display the Windows installation. Then someone Please help me solve this problem?

the first thing I do is start a Linux live distribution and format the hard disk and then try to install Windows or better yet, install Linux, it's easy and free hangs so often;)
