Microsoft has tried to "active" elements in the Windows desktop for nearly a decade. Finally, the success of Vista Sidebar, seems within reach. The stability problems that tenacious previous versions are not so obvious – namely, the sidebar does not crash as often, for example, Active Desktop Windows XP – and the evidence actually offered help.
The elements of the sidebar, called Gadgets, can interact with you, with Windows, with files and folders, with their network and other devices. Vista ships with a handful of moderately interesting Gadgets – a clock (you can put more of a clock on your desktop, each set a different time zone).

Microsoft Windows Vista offers several accessories for the Tablet Input Panel PC, including, Snipping Tool, Sticky Notes and Windows Journal. All these accessories use pens for Tablet PC, which improves accessibility making it easier to work with computers. In addition, people who could not be able to use a keyboard and computer mouse might be able to use a stylus as an input device alternative.
As in earlier versions of Microsoft Windows, Windows Vista includes many additional features that improve accessibility, including filter keys, sticky keys and functions for high contrast and the narrator, magnifier, utilities screen keyboard. In Windows Vista, these features have been improved, and most have completely redesigned interface. Windows Vista also includes recognition software voice. Using voice recognition can dictate documents and emails, and you can use your voice to control programs and surf the Web.

HP Pavilion tx1308nr my touchscreen is not anything I can do?
I can not use the touch screen of my computer laptop unless I note start Windows, too, the Tablet PC Input Panel has disappeared from my screen but I never remove it, I can do?
The best thing to do is take it to a PC repair shop and let them. I'm sure it will be expensive.
