With a tablet, the pen is moved around a "hot spot" representing the same dimensions as the screen.
Then when you move the pen, which takes outside the hotspot, the cursor moves in unison. When you're ready to shoot, select or click, you press the pen on the active zone and the mouse pointer on the screen follows the action. Fine Arts, which allows much finer control and creativity. The mouse can be very restrictive when it comes to painting and drawing, but using the stylus and the tablet is much more intuitive and easier if you normally use a pen or pencil to draw.
The tablet also has a level of pressure sensitivity that allows a more natural pen. For example, when you draw in an application like Adobe Photoshop, you can apply different levels of pen pressure, making pencil thicker or darker. small parts like that make you take a tablet worth the money.

Photoshop lost all feeling the pressure?
For some reason, Illustrator and other programs on your computer can read my sensibility Wacom pressure very well, Photoshop CS4 does not. I'm stuck. I rebooted, I reinstalled the driver for the tablet and restarted. Nothing worked. What should I do? I need to count!
I have this problem sometimes and I have no idea why. I realized the only way you really can work around this problem is to close Photoshop, then open it using the stylus, instead of my mouse. Sometimes you have to do this 2-3 times before collecting the sensitivity of the pen. It's really crazy as any other program I use does seem to have this problem. I hope that my "solution" to help you. I know if I can find a more permanent solution.
