What books can help me learn to use Photoshop CS3?

Well, I have Photoshop CS3 but I am totally confused with all its glorious functions, I try to find a book that I really understand what I'm doing. My goal is to use PS to draw pictures on your computer because I have a Wacom tablet, but need help in the learning process. So, do you know a good book, perhaps you used before?

I tend to go for a practical approach, perhaps join a community and look good …..
