Photoshop CS2 for coloring anime Lineart?

Please help me! I am now trying to work with Photoshop CS2 anime, I ended Lineart. but when I try to color, I have some doubts. Firstly, what about my lineart? I used the brush with the law 100% of the hardness and opacity and stuff, but when I try to add new layers to add color Lineart for the lineart seems confused and not black. And when the treatment of black hair, the lineart is gray instead of black. then I would like to know how to add Shadow of the anime after I added the "flat" color. I have a pill or something, and what is really difficult to do with a mouse. Using the pen tool or other selection tools are so long and are very, ERM, …… a jerky somehow, even after everything that I finish, it always looks flat … What are some tips? I want to know more about this and would appreciate good tutorials and websites (: thank you very much!

What is the color format? If the document is CMYK and uses samples of RGB colors, the dark may appear gray. The pen tool works well if it's something you try to make you really good advice to save time in the final show their efforts.
