Are there any D & D Online CHAT rooms available that allow you to create and play a character?
Recently, I started playing D & D 4E and I was wondering is there a full chamber-based online chat or a similar program that can be used for dice, buy equipment, view a map of the scene, roll a character and level up, etc etc? I saw that it was making me a board game online or something, but could not find anything about it and think the project has almost ceased. Now I am planning to do mine. side question: would you be interested in this program that covers both the 4E rules as I put it?
Personally, I OpenRPG as – the use of Python as programming language Basic, so you can get as fancy as you want on the nodes of skills programming, the powers and attack. (Personally, I only program in the basics and then have a switch node conditional on the attack and damage bonus.) Other options I played MapTools is short, and FantasyGrounds gametes.
