Which Desktop is right for me?

Ok I have a Dell desktop at low price, I bought six years ago and I lasted a good five years and was still running strong when I sold it. It has never been good at games or working correctly. I have a Toshiba Tablet PC and it is terrible the sound stops and keys that has already fallen! Anyway I'm looking for another office and I'm wondering what would be the best purchase for my needs. I like to play massively multiplayer online games on my computer, but I wouldnt consider myself an avid gamer. I especially a team with good performance, not all the garbage that is already in the thing when I start it right out of the box and if I play the game casual and do not want to lag spikes all the time.
