What is Tablet PC?

A Tablet PC is similar to a laptop, except that the screen can be rotated normally and swoop down on the keyboard. This allows the user to keep the Tablet PC as a book or a sketch pad and either use as a touch screen or with a pencil. They are often used by artists or business trip.
