Should I get the 21UX Wacom tablet?

im fifteen, and I am saving for a Wacom tablet. I just want to know what their better, and what kind of art I am interested in specializing in automotive styling, design clothing, design architechtual, three-dimensional film design, photo editing, and only painting and conceptual art. If you have suggestions for me, I appreciate it, even whether a specific computer that works best for (Mac / PC), and what programs work best for him. Thank you!
