What is the best music phone?

I am looking for a computer light, durable laptop, preferably black. Must be at least 40 g, Moble technology, wireless (XP does not see through me) cd, dvd dr possibly a tablet, with a budget of only $ 600. All suggestions for good? Please and thank you!
