intuos4 tablet medium

This Intuos4, term small and medium-sized businesses?

My plan is to get a Wacom Tablet Intuos4, but I am struggling on the size. The small (about 4×6) seems a little too small, but the price really happening in the Middle East. So basically, the size matter? It's money for the value of the environment? Or I'll be happy / content with a small?

4×6 is too small, 9×12 is too big, the medium is the best. I an Intuos3 and Bamboo Fun. You may not get as good from the command line with the smallest.
